What a Day

I knew my wee princess was feeling off colour, when she beckons me early in the morning to attend the garden.  Her wee tummy was a little off and therefore the need of grass to remedy the situation was evident, and of course plenty of TLC.

The elements of the morning was not a day in which to venture outdoors, gale force winds (which nearly blew down my gardening hut) and torrents of rain.

Kirra in her rain soaked wax coat clearly shows, it was not the best of days to go exploring, but she loves her walks (whatever the weather) and so one must oblige.

Later in the day it calmed somewhat, with sunshine and although quite cold it meant a more enjoyable afternoon walk.

What ever you are doing this weekend, may it be one of sharing with your loving and loyal companion.

  1. I hope that Kirra is feeling better today and that the rain has gone away. I saw that she was born in Ireland. My father was too!
